To be frank there is pretty decent chunk of the energy is wasted going through the grid ... ironacly they make one size fits all for most of the communities instead letting them to find ways for satisfying their energy needs
Also legalisation of the hemp which was used during the 20 ties for production of oil ...
I would say the race doesnt matter but the culture they grew up in matters big time. As a person who worked with several nationalities i can tell you no matter what the culture in which these people grow up matters BIG TIME
