john12196341jamestown, North Dakota USA53 Threads 684 Postsi was watching the news and it mentioned that the chinese are building aircraft carriers and other ships designed to take on ours and our interests in the pacific. this shoujd be considered a warning to this administration that the chinese pose a serious threat against us and should be dealt with by making our military especially our navy strong again otherwise we will be in danger of losing to the chinese in a war. we can't let those people threaten us in the pacific. this administration should get off their butt and take notice or we will end up being underfoot by the chinese. we should have a strong defence and military.

I think America and China's financial interdependence will outweigh the possibility of a war. China is still only spending 10% of what America spends and China an obsolete military which they are monernising with their recent wealth.

True but In any case, China’s emergence has upset the status quo. Beijing’s actions, be they conciliatory or aggressive, will set the tone for the future, and hence the relationships between the United States and the other nations of the region.
Hm, the Japanese said they had peaceful reasons for building up their fleet and they certainly messed with everybody in their region. just saying.
.... try and convince Japan, India and Vietnam that china arms buildup is peace oriented.

they are building aircraft carriers, and missiles to take our aircraft carriers out,they are building aircraft that are stealth which is based on our fighter planes. they are hacking into our military computers. what more evidence u want
