In my experience from this site. People has put fake profile location they could either put Perth Western Australia, or Brisbane Queensland. When we sending messages to each other she will put I am currently in UK or Nigeria. So I mainly read their profile and see how they spell humor when we spell humour this way. Then I know that they aren't from Australia and the only thing that they want is money. Can you paid for my airfare or whatever else. I always no that's not my responsibility if you don't have money to travel simple don't travel. I always said to them very early on not interested in long distance relationship.

i dont think its any different than real life words. you get scammers in real life, you get false appearances, you get lies, you get disguised grace and disguised beauty. in real life your preconceptions guide your taste, and equally it can happen here. i suppose i find no substantial value in specific answers on the threaded question. Any one specific answer saying: 'here we're serious, or here we're full of it and playful' for me just doesn't cut it.
