In a situation like this, you just have to keep your composure, and walk up to that piece of lowlife scum, and say," The doctor said that it`s the worst strain of aids he`s seen and that, you should go to the clinic right away, He thinks we only have a few weeks to live.

Then leave with the satisfaction that the other girl/victim of his little plot will not get used, and he will not get what he wanted either.
