Dont give up your sugar because you may end up craving for it, the more natural foods you eat the better. Why replace food you like with synthetic versions when they only do damage to your body. Lesson I have learned : Dont feel guilty when you eat.. you only eat more in secret! Put your knife and fork down between mouthfuls. Enjoy what you eat then you will feel full sooner. Dont sit in front of the TV when you eat. As your weight comes off, throw your old clothes out. Stop listening to other peoples opinions regaring how you should eat
Well said! If your not comfortable in your own skin,what have you got left? I gave up feeling guilty whenever I ate something, now I eat what I want, when I want and the weight had dropped off. Ps a word of warning - diet drinks damage brain cells
