This sounds more like an ideal, if not perfect, individual than "a good man"
Sincere, authentic, consistent & fair would be my definition of it.
From a relationship perspective, what constitutes a good man is entirely up to the woman's own perception and the unique bond and chemistry the couple may have built.
Excellent topic and I must admit, very relevant to my current state of mind. Just got out of a relationship back in July and have been trying to heel my wounds on one hand and deal with the emptiness in my life on the other.
