Seems to be Wild Beaver in various places in the U.S. I believe the video was at the Wild Beaver in Idaho and there is another Wild Beaver in Nashville, Tennessee. One in Lansing, Michigan and one in Indianapolis, Indiana. Not as many Wild Beavers as there are Bigfoots, but enough to be noticeable, if one is looking for Wild Beaver.

Whoops! I must have been thinking about The Wild Beaver Saloon... Patrons singing a Journey song at the Beaver. 
Yes! The State forms were in the Mail on March 18th and Federal forms in the mail on March 23rd... Easy-does-it, works for me: First week of March, only focus on gathering the forms needed. The second week, only focus on either State or Federal and of course, on the third week, finish the last filing... 
And if you want, take the entire fourth week of March, to dance around the post office before mailing.
And yes, I believe a dog can sense and decipher emotional energy.
