Tips are trimmed from the ends of loin steaks and roasts. The loin of the steer provides tips: Tender trimming that survive high heat and fast cooking. Tenderloin tips come from the long, most tender cut along the backbone at the top of the loins that also yields fillets. Tenderloin tips are trimmings taken when fillets are cut from the narrow part of the tenderloin or chateaubriand is taken from the end atop the sirloin. Sirloin tips are trimmed from the 'tails' of sirloin steaks and roast: The part of the cut that extends down over ribs. Tip not only contain more fat than stew beef, they are more flavorful. Without being picky, one could say that stew meat & beef tips are the same, but technically, the cut is different... I couldn't find a 'slow-cooker beef tips and gravy' video on youtube to post.

Oh dude, I didn't know that finding milkshakes at restaurants in Madrid was difficult. Sad, but true. The only restaurant that I found that serves milkshakes in Madrid, is Tommy Mel's... For those that don't know, Tommy Mel's is a 1950s theme restaurant. I can imagine that prices there are impractical... Time to buy a blender and put up with the mess of cleaning after making milkshakes... Tons of videos on youtube about milkshake making.

Good God Almighty! I had an unexpected eventful morning today. Went to Walmart looking for a change of flavor. Have used margarine in mashed potatoes for a long time and decided to buy real butter for a change. I came across a brand called, 'Kerrygold': An import from Ireland! Milk from grass fed cows, opposed to cows that are fed all kinds of crap including aborted fetuses for all I know. It smells great, but haven't eaten it yet, will report back later. And this is one of the best commercials that I've ever seen !

Today, ABC reported that Putin had been seen, but showed old video footage. No other network has reported a Putin sighting... As far as we know, with bungallow and Putin both missing, we may assume that bungallow and Putin are one-in-the-same.
