Redex wrote Mitigating circumstances is what defence lawers do. I do not know wether true or false, but she does deserve to go to prison that stuff on the streets ruin lives.

Short and Pertinent Extract.
Yesterday an expert on the Bali crime scene said Sandiford was a 'familiar face' in the local drug world and mad repeated trips from India smuggling hashish.
Kathryn Bonella, author of the book Snowing in Bali, about the island's criminal underworld, said Sandiford would fly in from Britain via India.

Speaking to the Times she said: 'She used to bring in from India and sell it to one of my contacts, but had recently moved into cocaine.
'I know a number of big western drugs dealers who fled the island when they found out she had been busted and was turning rat.'
Sandiford's appeal is expected to launch within seven days. It could drag through the courts for years and throughout that time she knows the death sentence will still hang over her and could finally be carried out.

IMO If those comments can be substantiated as facts it seems she would have known the consequences could be the death sentence.

1. I apologise if what I say as strongly held popinion seems angry and 2. I have NOT slagged off anyone on CS.
3. My comments are based on experience and opinion.
4. Most of my friends are ex-service, not known for diplomacy on issues that effect everyone and wouldfall into that category as well.

BUT
A - We do however know how to conduct ourselves in public, at official dinners and social occasions at all levels and do not need the emergency services and Filth to arrest us for being pissed out of our brains and worse.

From the description and size approximation 6-7" long it could be a Waxwing. - The Bohemian has a very small crest while other Waxwings have larger crests

FULL EU membership was always the Tory's baby with Heath at the helm.

I, like many others voted NO in 1975 and we said we should stay with the free trade agreement but not full integration and having been on the receiviong end of what Full membership of the EU did to us when I was working I still hold that opinion.

Since 1975 we have been sold out, lost our sovereignty and OUR elected parliamentry rights to make our own laws and decide what we do for ourselves were sabotaged removed. - Unelected beauracrats make the laws we are forced to abide by while our gutless politicians allow it. Membership costs £65 billion (gross) every year which means in real terms that every family in the UK pays £440 per year.

Therefore I say NO to full membership any longer. - OUR money should be spent here and whatever is negotiated with a trade only agreement it is inevitable that some of the cost will go to unelected Bureaucrats.

We should refuse to pay the membership ae of NOW and there should be an immediate referendum. ShaM Moron promised it and others before the Etonian out of touch parasite was elected and like all Tories after he got the job he has failed to honour any of them.

He has already been stripped of the titles so the medals are worthless except for scrap value.

Thanks for saying which way you voted - It would appear that some younger people even local to me seem to think Armstrong has done nothing wrong at all, but I would bet none of them are members of cycle clubs who run distance/time trials so I wonder how they can justify such an opinion.

Guess what ?
I showed a Pal of mine what you said.
He said he developed a remote controlled Reconisssance/Attack Helium filled Electric powered near silent Drone that travbels at over 100mph, looks like an Eagle and can carry a 20Kg bombload for the Army, so YOUR Hand Granade idea is ON.

The range, rigged for weather recognaissance is up to 1,000 miles and I saw the latest re-usable high speed Stealth version being tested by dropping a 20Kg R/C Flour bomb on a fixed Target the other day.
It is very accurate and he says we could even disguise a suicide version to look like a bird to avoid detection so look out for a Dive bombing Eagle fromthe sky.
