I have - the first time was in a M&A seminar and I was surprised by the subject - gaining control of our attention ability - simple, but it's not easy.

I am "free" an do what I want,(I want to believe) and happy with my social life- independent of my relationship status.. We are free to make choices and take responsibilities of our choices .
