To claim alien build it is the same as clamming "monkeys" build it, as the first we have no way to prove it; the second they would need technology/understanding that we dont have yet, or we lost them.

There are quite a few examples in the world that we can not "explain" - Göbekli Tepe, Baalbek Megaliths, or Sacsayhuaman - one of most complex.
