on a beach in the sand at dusk, Casual but nice, a big bon fire later when it gets dark. Maybe cook up some some lobster. Surrounded by friends and family. Can we just go there and party and forget the wedding.
I am surrounded by nice people, but I truly beleive - what you send out comes back to you. I had a co worker bring me lasagna and garlic toast for lunch today.

any written agreement will be considered a contract in the eyes of the law. Even a verbal agreement is but it is also way harder to prove, unless there were witnesses to the agreement. Of course neither party can be incapacitated at the time.
