When your hungery for something - what do you crave?

I rarely crave sweets or chips.

I have heard from many on how it is rude to not respond to a flower or an e-mail...so I try to say a hello or a thank you.

What do you repond to the e-mail that says

'I want to know more about you'
or simply 'your beautiful'

or the here is my msn/phone number etc.

Orzo pasta
chopped fresh spinach
broken feta cheese

with a very light lemon and oil dressing

simple, easy, nice and light

try it with a sprinkle with a little smoked salmon
