Only people who think they're better or smarter or richer or tougher or more beautiful or better looking or better built than the rest of the world, and don't mind telling you so.
Not all Christians are like him, no real ones are. There's more to being christian than just saying you are, then trying to convince everyone you're better than them.
I will not have a debate about what I believe, there's no way to prove it. I respect everyone's right to believe what they want, as long as they give me the same right.
Yeah, I wanna hear you say no one grows old when you're 50!
I still have a kid inside, but there's somebody with a few wrinkles and gray hairs looking out of the mirror at her. Besides, there's nothing wrong with growing old. I like my life and myself way better than I did when I was 19. And I look forward to growing even older, God willing.
I'm not looking for money. I'm also not looking for someone who expects to do nothing and have me take care of them. I want to be comfortable, with or without a partner. And love provides a whole lot of comfort!
Yeah I can see it, I'm already there! So far it ain't so bad.
Honestly, I don't want to, but I'd rather be alone the rest of my life than in a miserable relationship. At least I will get a chance to grow old, if I'd stayed with my ex I don't think I would have gotten much older. Stress and unhappiness have killed more people than cancer!
I am convinced of, if not a divine nature, then a higher intelligence of my socks compared to others that I've washed. Since my socks no longer have contact with lower forms of socks, like my ex's, they are no longer lost on the way to the washer.
N/K, since I've been living alone, I have not lost one single sock. Why do you think that happens?
It's people like you who give real Christians a bad name. Talk about taking the Lord's name in vain. Did you ever hear of love and kindness? It's better to show people by your life that you know God, instead of trying to convince them that you have the only path to him.
In love, that crazy mixed up giddy scared excited conglomeration of feelings, has happened to me a few times. Having that turn into something more, a warm comforting happy to be with you feeling, well I've had that less, but still, it doesn't have to be forever to be real. Love is love, it's all real. For all it's ups and downs, it's still worth it.
Love isn't just something you feel, it's something you do.
You can do both, at least I do. I like chatting on the forums with people all over the world, most wouldn't be potential dates. Someone doesn't have to be a love interest for me to enjoy talking to them.
I've met a few men from the site, most of the local ones haven't been on the forums, we've just contacted each other by messaging or flowers. And I met one was active in the forums at the time, that's how we got to talking, and I'm so glad we did, cause I'd never have sought out someone as far away as him, but we've had a wonderful relationship.
RE: What is the BEST thing about being Single???
Not much chance of that either.
