Nope .... been there, done that .... after time it becomes too hard .... a relationship is meant for 2 people to be together, not constantly separated.
Maybe your business failed, but that doesn't mean that you have .... you had the guts to at least dream it and give it a shot .... you are one of the wisest and most grounded people I've had the pleasure to meet here, so to speak .... and I'm sure you have support from all of us .... Hell, I'd send you a 12 pack if I could get it through customs .... keep your chin up and carry no regrets.

Myself .... I've learned that, even if I meet someone and think there is interest and possibility and potential for more .... be cautious and don't count on it .... not that I want to have a defeatist attitude before anything develops .... it's just a type of internal protection that I have to have .... theres been enough BS along the way to not have it.

But the question wasn't about love or being physical .... it was about an LTR .... and without the first two, the third gets hard to maintain.
