My business failed. I'm now driving a taxi in a town of 17,000. So far I've averaged about $4.00 an hour. The wolves are at my door and a beer seems like a great expense. Life cycles, I've been up, down, up again, down again. I'm not complaining. Give me a week to embrace poverty, maybe I can make friends with it again.
CS friends have made me a rich man in a way that status or money could never match.
You seem to have such a great attitude toward things though. Keep on trucking and remember what is most important in life does not have to deal with money but those we care about. Off subject somewhat, did anyone else see how the price of Hopps and Barley are going up 300% and they are probably going to have to raise the price of a 12 pack by five dollars or more?!
I've noticed that you cant edit a thread either. I know what your saying. I have never had a business to fail but I know about the ups and downs. My friends are what got me through. Not that they did anything special other than being my friends.
Thank you, you seem like such a nice person and everyone here seems to love you. I dont doubt that will find a way to get back on your feet again. You have a lot of friends.
Yes they will.. they always do don't they, it's just a matter of getting ourselves through the bumpy bits. Hanging on in there until another door opens.
