They can unless you see what you're doing and stay in the here and now and have someone to help remind you with gentleness and compassion and understanding to help you not go there...patterns and junk can also be shattered in an instant once a person gets rid of their pain and anger and can see things clearly for what they are and why they were holding on to such rigid standards...it was all in my head...everything I know...I just wouldn't let it into my heart and now that I did...it's not going anywhere....and it won't be as hard either because I know that I am loved and I have no doubt about it...the actions more than matched the words...just in a way I never would have thought of....

If you know what she likes in a general way...then anything you do within those likes will be fine...if she likes you just as much...it won't matter because she's just happy it's from you and it only reminds her how much you like or love her...BUT in my case it's love...and nothing that comes from the heart...is ever a bad thing....
