Well that makes you an S.*.B. Harb because you lied about something that caused Lee and I to get into an argument. It actually disgusts me that you would do such a thing.
I know what I read. If he made it up then why are you letting it go? In fact, if he did make it up did you notify CS admin what you think he did? I doubt that he made it up.
I tried to respond to you but you just can't help yourself and prefer to be nasty telling me to get reading glasses.
Post #28 is a quote you made about your mother and Harbal responded to it.
I would answer your question of how did I get on with my father but you phrased it in a nasty way which implies you are looking for dirt so you don't get an answer.
Lee, if you could try to be nice and respectful you would encourage better discussions.
I thought I read in one of Lee's previous posts that he had a good childhood. Maybe I misread it.
If Lee hates women because his mother stood on street corners when he was a child I think he is misdirecting his hatred and it should be towards whatever caused his mother to stand on those corners and not his mom.
Okay, it worked for you and it's working for Apple whose employees dress casual everyday.
I feel better when I dress professionally. Even on casual Friday I wore black jeans and a casual jacket. It's who I am. You can't change my spots
I wasn't dressing that way to impress anyone. Dressing professionally is part of getting along with co-workers, attorneys, the office manager.
Often I would be called into the office on a weekend to do an emergency pleading or something that had to be served to the court on Monday morning. In those times I wore casual clothes but I guarantee you it wasn't a tank top or a mini skirt.
I get your sarcasm but dressing professionally isn't just about keeping men from oogling women. It's about showing respect for the company you work for.
What your not understanding Gal is customers or the public probably didn't come into the lab. Nobody from the public judged how you dressed.
In a law office clients came into the office to meet with attorneys for depositions or just to discuss their case. If employees dress nicely the client will assume the attorney and the firm will do a good job on their case.
It's not professional footwear in a law office. When clients come to the office tank top clothing and open toe sandals showing dirty feet wouldn't give a good impression of the firm.
I didn't have to but I wore a suit everyday and a shoe with a small heel. Before the law office job I was an Executive Secretary at Dun & Bradstreet which is where I learned how to dress professionally.
Dress attire like the tank top wasn't acceptable in the law office I worked in. Once in awhile a mail clerk would try wearing something like this with sandals but the office manager took her aside and advised that she needed to wear a shirt that covered her and open toe sandals weren't allowed.
