OMG... You are good! I whistle and joke always.... I had a nice lady ask me one time , "how do you always stay so calm"? I told her that is only on the outside,, Im going crazy as everyone else on the inside.
I never expected it to be esay online. There are very few women from this are on the dating sites and I don't do long distance. I also don't trust much til I can look someone eye to eye. Too much online is just fake. lot of scammers and so on.
I got divorced 3 yrs ago, haven't dates since, Life go's on just fine.
I don't care who it is or how badly I want them, they have to want and love me for what I am. I am not going to pretend to land someone. pretend and false fronts fall apart in time. also we end up resenting them for it.
I don't have the attitude that I have to have someone. I see it as a bonus if that right someone comes along.
so is this a condo or rental or what? what have the people upstairs said? do they admit flooding upstairs or had any repairs done upstairs that you are aware of?
