I do jigsaw almost constantly.. as you can see in one of my photos,
sounds silly, but I have one of those kiddie toys in my pocket for time I am out somewhere.
one of those with the numbers 1- 19 all mixed up. and you have to put them in order.

I smoked Menthol.. so I use menthol coughdrops.... helps a lot.

hey say it takes 2 weeks for breathing to become easier.. not correct in my case.
In 24 hours I could tell a huge difference!

I agree with you here, Everyone strays at times,, but come on people- get back to the topics. most threads are quickly taken over then when someone comes in and trys to talk about the topic.. they are completely ignored and the off topic chitchat continues..At least if someone reminds you--- get back to topic or make a thread just for chatting.
but also... if a thread is hyjacked... Others need to be asking to stay on topic!

Even in most threads I have started, I have had to ask to get back on topic..
easy.. follow the rules... if you stray thats fine but be willing to let thr thread get back on topic.
If ask.. just go somewhere else if you are not willing to get back on topic.

there are many here that are using many profiles... just try to change how they type in order to make fools of others , or just to do a nasty rant and not let most now who they are, some times this is so damn clear..I mean get real here, you say inglish isnt their first language.. but they can spell all of the complex words but miss on the minor words Spelling words right one time and wrong the next 3 times

OK, Today was a strange day.
Was on the patch, my mind was raceing so bad I was going nuts, finally I decided.. to hell with it, I have to have a smoke,
yanked off the patch and was going to wait a half hour to go get some cigs.
well, about 15 minutes after pulling the patch off I quit craving one, too strange.. was like the patch made me have a constant craving but fine once I pulled it off.

so still none, close but none.

So, hows is going for you Mano? any slipps at all yet?

Just starting day 2 myself. not so bad so far, not as bad as I expected.
Not much of a fruit eater myself except grapes.. have like 4 pounds in frig to snack on, plenty of veggies like celery, fresh broccoli and cauliflower.

Started cutting back last month, was 2 packs per day, down to one pack as of this morning.. none at all, and just started using the Missouri quit line.
Tried using their forums to talk with other quitters, but that forum is such a nightmare that it will drive a person to smoke.. wont go back there!

can already tell a big difference in breathing, know it will get better quickly so Im looking ahead.
Have a huge list of reasons Im quitting . sitting right here so I have to see it a lot.
Just wish the day was longer so I could go out for more long walks.

With the $$$$ I save from not smoking I plan on schooling more.

My hous is very clean because I will not live in a pig pen. and there no freash cement patches in the basement floor

Almost the end of day one.. so far so good. Glad I had plenty of work to keep me busy today!

I quit drinking 20 years ago.. cant stand to be around drinkers,
Will be the same with smokers, If they come here, they will have to go outside away from any windows, no more smoking in my car and so on.
Already have a no smoking sign on the door.
But I will have to clean the walls really soon to get the smell out of the house.
