Ok as the Holiday is approaching, thought I would be the one to open with the thread on everyone's favorite dish for the holiday

can be your personal favorite, a family favorite or whatever...........share recipes if you like or just name themor feel free to put your whole meal


it's only myself and my youngest son for the holiday so we're not going traditional(we usually don't anyway)

i have always put "Santa" gifts in wrapping paper with Santa on it.....then when the kids could read added the tags with to: from: on them as well.

of course those gifts always went under the tree Christmas Eve after the kids were asleep, while the other gifts went under the tree way beforehand.

Actually that's still a tradition we follow even though my kids don't believe in Santa anymore(though they pretend to lol)
