Yet, war seems to continue with an inevitable march,...

To what demonic deity do you say your prayers to? Although I am NOT religious, I am familiar with the tenants of most religions on this planet, and of the god(s) within these manifests, I know of none that would, based on their rationale, have a god that would accept such a prayer.

Over 2100 tests,...and whoa,....TSAR bomba was a sweetheart of a test at 58 megatons,....then again,....I have read that the total nuclear arsenal is a bit over 7,000 megatons and to date only a mere 500 or so megatons have been exploded,....

Nah,....it was his statement regarding the validity of carbon-dating....and dinosaurs and humans strolling around together,.....I am from a WAY different perspective.....I respect their right to believe as such,....but refuse to enter into those NON-SCIETIFIC arguments that ALWAYS result!

Russia is merely "testing" NATO's resolve,....the SOVIET UNION,...sorry Russia, has been empirical for many centuries and is just being....well, just being Russia,....now,...what was that NATO "promised" the Ukraine....hmmm?

Unfortunately, normal minds are not often involved when it comes to war. I have lost family members to WW II and the Korean conflict,....no normality involved. I hear so much talk of the terrorist events of 9/11,....yet remember hearing the stories of NIGHTLY bombings of London (yes, and Berlin) that makes that almost seem trivial. I have heard that the War of the Roses, and the Battle of Hastings, and the Roman conquests,....you see what I am getting at? Humanity engages in war,....as does every living rhing on this planet....it is just sometimes difficult to understand some of the reasons that humanity comes up with as a reason to fight,....but to those who fight to survive, I put forth my respect.

So true,....far easier to go biological or chemical,....FAR less damage to infrastructure! Humans will wage against each other as long as we exist,....and as population continues to grow, demands for resources will escalate the struggles

Why do you seem to be SO afraid of war,....sitting in the confines of a country known to be a "super-power"? To fight, to struggle to survive is common to ALL living things,...only humanity finds senseless reasons to fight,...but fighting is common to life,....and I have respect for those who fight to survive
