they probably changed a lot more than just the Color.
Once Constantine got hold of the Philosophy,everything went south.You don't really need the Christian Dogma,or for that matter any other Religious Dogma to be Good,Kind and Respectful to each other.
This Rant was not intended to muck with anyones religious sensibilities.


As for his Color if that really matters,look at a Mideasterner and you'll know it was not Blond and Blue Eyes.Again this has no bearing on it at all.

I am not so much concerned with what the Bleeding Hearts would say,but with what this Alternate Punishment would do to the People that have to implement it.
We all know the training the Concentrations Camp Guards,the Gulag Guards and all the sundry Others have gone through,and what sort of "People" it made them.
Fit the punishment to the Crime.
Put them down like the Rabid Creatures they are.Don't soil our minds with Schemes worthy of THEIR Sick Minds.
BTW:The Commandment originally was:Thou Shall Not Murder.then it was watered down until people are even afraid to exercise their Right to Selfdefense.Thou shallt not Murder makes a distinction between Killing and Murdering while the present version conveniently blanks out that distinction.Convenient for all those Bleeding Hearts.

implement some of those "Alternate Punishment" put forward in this thread and watch the Stink from all the Human Rights Groups.It all goes under Cruel and Unusual Punishment.
The Outcry you se about Capital Punishment ain't nothing you'd see if one of those other Punishments were implemented.
As to the costs between executing someone or keeping him in Prison for life,I have seen calculations that it would be cheaper to just lock them up and throw away the key.
The cost due mainly to the almost endless appeals a prisoner has the right to go through, before he can be executed.
Then one argument is brought forward sometime:Why did they execute that "Poor" Prisoner after 15 years,it's the Appeals Folks.
I dont have the remedy,better minds than mine have given up on that Issue.Just thought I make a few points.
In my country its 25 years,but if,during your Sentence you'd be declared "Criminally Insane" Tough Luck.
But Criminal Justice ought to meted out as intended,not Bleeding Heart Style.

yes,what an experience those Dolphins are.
Lived down there over half of my life.
Barracudas are somewhat like Dogs,always nosey and inquisitive.Just got to keep an Eye on them.But they get unnerving at times.
The way I know the Folks down there,I'd guess that the Local Fellows were much more interested in that Hot Pink Bikini of yours than the "Indiginous Barracuda Population" were.
