Happy Eid Mubarak to the moslems in CS May Allah blessed, and fulfill all your prayer and hopes.
In my country Indonesia at this time we have a big festive celebration for Eid (lebaran) and a longer publics holiday for a week. We will say "Minal 'Aidin Wal-Faizin' is a saying/prayer that will be outspoken amongst Moslems when celebrating the 'Idul Fitri' at the end of their fasting. It means “May we be among those who are worthy of celebration and among those who are blessed in this world and the Hereafter.” (more or like so) And forgive each other for the mistakes we do all year
And everyone is free to come visits to every moslems house and served with traditional customs food Ketupat and goodies
Its a pity i can't share beautiful pictures of the Eid Hari Raya Lebaran in Indonesia and our culinaires. Poor device settings And due to the pandemic too, its been 2 years the authority is forbidding peoples to do tradition going back home to meet families. Sad but we prefer to stay safe at this moment.
Thank you Inthewoods, i am really enjoy hearing Desafinado, that is one of his best. I tried to listen is it Charley Byrd whose play guitar in the background ?
Thank you for Mother's Day greetings, we usually celebrate at church, but because of the corona pandemic, this time there are restrictions on attending. And here has started to enter dry season, and the weather is warm nearly hot.

Thank you for the offer to posting more Jazz music, but I am not an expert in jazz music and there are still many good jazz songs that I have never heard and read, beside maybe not all members like my choice of songs, so I better be a good jazz listener and enjoy jazz that is shared on the CS forum. There is already another fitur of music section , it is enough for me to share the songs that I enjoy, Im posting there a lot
I like Golden Brown it is created by Dave ,some people still thinking this is an edit creation from take 5 Because having a same time signature as take 5. I think this is a nice tune arrangement from Dave
Inthewood thanks for sharing, this is interesting, You're right, Take Five was written by Paul Desmond, but best known for being recorded and first released by the Dave Brubeck quartet (1959). So the fame go to Dave Its distinctive and alluring saxophonic melody uses 5 beats, which is why the title of Paul's composition is "Take Five". The above YT video displayed is the original recording Take Five using 5 beats. Actually the arrangement that uses a beat of 4/4 time is no longer a Take Five composition, right?
Joe Morello a leading jazz drummer also known for playing solos Take Five with beat 4/4 time.
About Vince Guaraldi he was one of the founding father and a composer of American Contemporary Jazz genre. His master piece is Peanuts ; Charlie Brown's song book . But sadly Guaraldi died at 47.
Thanks Inthewoods for posting "Skating" , one of my favourite tune

Untill now All the authorities are still working hard to find the 59 victims. We really need pray for help so that the search for victims can be quickly found and the family who is waiting is given strength and patience.
