Agreed, Dana. It's funny how new technical gizmos always seem to take something away even as they add more. My new computer is a case in point - some things I just can't get as good as my old programs... But overall, they gave us a lot more playthings...not sure how much they'll be worth after the new buzz fades...
I'm about to cook my standard apres-workout omelette: 4 eggs, sprinking of onions, bell peppers, mild cheddar cheese, assortment of beans (lentils, pinto, etc.), and wild rice. One tasty omelet, if I do say so...
He's a tad on the squeaky side, Olive. Okay...your voice is warm, medium-pitched, though with higher overtones that appear when your laugh or giggle or snicker/snort.
I hear you, Blue Eyed, having a medium-range voice (not too low and not too high), kind of soft but lightly seasoned with a Midwest twang...more a contralto than a soprano, if you know music at all...
Turned your day around . Ah, well, T, I guess I'm not too good at getting jokes, either. Seriously, you are funny - and have a fertile brain, too ("fertile"...get it...?)
Spicey/.... She's been on my mind of late, but I forgot about her cool photos. Babsie does a good job as well. SHouldn't have done this poll, I guess...
How does a god give our lives meaning? How does the length of time we live give our lives meaning (you mean, our lives would be meaningless if they were 100 years versus 1000? Why?). Why is how we came to be relevant to the meaning of our lives? Wouldn't it be who we are that provides us with meaning, not how we were created or otherwise came into existence?
RE: My Aunt Milly :(
That's such a sad and touching story, Indy.
