When my 7th month old was critically ill and put in an induced coma for a week. Didn't leave hospital for a month and thereafter travelled from Waterford to Dublin every second day between Feb to mid April. Her dad then up and left the end of April.
Twice. The second time I went into premature labour and had to share an ambulance with an elderly gentleman who was going to have a quadruple bypass. Oh how we laughed that day.
