Shut off social media when you're feeling down, go outdoors, something simple like going for a walk will help, if you've no energy to do that distract yourself by watching a movie or reading, do something you enjoy.
Same at night dont go online before bed, maybe listen to some relaxation videos or write down your thoughts to help clear your mind
Normally l'll have a coors light and a malibu and white
How're you with directions
Exit youghal Straight stretch for 1hr Take a left Take a right Take a left Take a right If you see a garage on your left, you've probably taken a wrong turn, you don't want to go that way. Jump over the red gate, go through the next three fields and that should find me.
I am feisty , but as the years go on I tend to let things go over my head alot more, depending on my mood I'll either choose to ignore and not react or tell someone to piss off. Having peace of mind and not reacting prevails mostly nowadays.
Completely, I had a great relationship with her, we were very close.
I dont have the answers, who knows maybe subconsciously I am still angry she is no longer here.
Anyhoos thanks for your lengthy reply.
That's enough psychoanalysis for one day , I'm heading next door, apparently there's lots of singles
I tend to forget most of my dreams, they don't stay in my thoughts longer than the day or even a few hours after having them, but I do remember one I had last week.
I was walking my young daughter to her drop off point at school, but rather than being greeted by the usual teachers at the door, there was a blurred figure waiting for us, everything went into slow motion, and the usual walk to the door seemed endless, but as I approached the door I saw it was my mother standing there, (who passed away in 2017), she was standing there smiling at us both, I remember the feeling of disbelief and happiness, but rather than greet my mother with open arms, I yelled and shouted at her for leaving and pretending to be dead all this time. I then woke up to be hit again with the sad reality of her death. Although knowing it was only a dream I still had pangs of guilt that day for yelling at her and not smothering her with love.
Yeah same, I haven't even scratched the surface of the places I want to see. Hopefully we'll get the weather, it makes all the difference. Enjoy your travels
I'm being biased here, but I do love everything my County has to offer. There are some hidden gems (remote beaches) , not very far from where I live. The greenway attracts thousands from all over especially in the summer, and if you're not into cycling you can stroll along and stop for a picnic too. Mahon falls is grand for a picnic too.
Venturing out of County Waterford, I take an annual visit to cahir in the summer, there's a lovely river walk from cahir Castle to the Swiss cottage, I've some pics but i don't know how to upload them on here from my phone. Another place in Tipp that's quite picturesque is the Glen of Aherlow, I'm gonna head there myself in the summer, haven't been since I was a child.
Cobh has a good atmosphere during the summer months, music on the streets, you can also visit the "titanic experience" and take a trip to Spike Island.
