I had to : right click on the youtube link, go into properties, copy the http address (it should say the word "watch" in it somewhere), then paste it in as normal, there might be another way of doing it but that's the only way I can do it at the moment
Yeah the hangovers aren't worth it, it is fun to let off some steam every now again alright, but I suppose everything in moderation. You'll feel better in yourself for it in the long run, good for the body and mind. I can't talk really, most exercise I get is moving from one desk to the next on my swivel chair
Hi. You can probably contact your Local Authority in the area and ask to see their five year development plan. If it's a secondhand dwelling it's the norm to put in a lower offer than the market price and then negotiate through an Auctioneer but if you buy a new development through a builder there wouldn't be room for negotiation. Always check the title on a Contract, it's important to watch out if the title is "unregistered" or "registered" property. Most contracts are standard but there are always "special conditions" thrown in. Usually there are Auctioneers and Solicitors involved so they can advise you if you have any questions
Yeah, I can imagine how satisfying it would be if it worked. Used to try the old magnifying glass trick on a sunny day when we were kids too, needless to say that never worked either
Didn't get asked a whole lot, it was really cringey when you think of it , especially when the music sped up which made it too awkward to slow dance and too slow to fast dance... it made for great gossip the following day too . Great to have those memories all the same
