Depends on how far you want to take this, there are a couple of ways of getting their attention (they're not registered in Ireland so you'll have to go to some bother). -
has their company details with names of staff. Make very sure you have a way of proving you faxed them (itemised phone bill with their fax number and a copy of the fax should be reasonable) as well as copies of the emails. - Write a concise complaint and send it by registered post to the Luxembourg and Switzerland addresses on that page for the attention of the named director along with the documents. Give them 7 business days to confirm receipt (then set deadlines as appropriate, if they respond). If there's no response then take the numbers for the company register from each site and contact the respective company registrars office in both of those countries. You can usually do this online - again a concise complaint and reference to the supporting documentation. - As Peter said, contact your bank. Do this via the credit card fraud department (ring lost or stolen if you don't have this number) and have your documentation available for them. Give them the date of your cancellation (according to faxes and emails) and tell them that all subsequent deductions are fradulent and you want them reversed. - Check your statement/ask the bank to see if there are indications of a third-party processing facility. Many web companies route their payments through payment gateway services (examples are WorldPay and realex) so contact them as well. Inform them that if they process anymore payments against your card you will consider that fradulent on their part. - If they're not using a payment gateway then they'll be using a merchant account. If you can determine the bank this account is held with then you can contact them as well.
Can't think of anything else for the moment as there's nothing else that stands out from looking at their site. There might be another route (based on the whois information for be2.com) but that has limited potential.
Higher returns on tax by maintaining or reducing corporate tax rates usually. By international standards our income tax burden is on the low side so it doesn't make sense to reduce it as the return on cost is risky.
I think it's more interesting to see Losty's hypocrisy exposed again - the very person who kicked off a thread deriding and scorning 'PC sentiments' not so long ago. I'm quite astounded by the extent of it.
So can you tell us why they call him Big Willie O'Dea? Wonder if he has any tips for getting around your defences (crikey that's corny - I have no shame).
You'd probably be best rebooting between removing the current iTunes and installing the new one I guess? (just guessing, thinking there might be issues unloading the drivers currently installed)
Sounds odd - has that drive caused any problems with software in the past? What version of iTunes are you on because it almost seems as if there could be a usb device driver issue.
iTunes would probably need to stay running long enough for him to select the option that allows it to operate as external storage (if that's available on the nano).
Does it freeze while the iPod is connected or randomly on its own? (could be an issue on USB drivers if the iPod is plugged in). Also, have you tried checking through Event Viewer (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools) to see if an error is being logged?
I was visiting my parents over the weekend as I expect to be travelling the next few weeks, so that was great. Now trying to get some laundry dry and catching up reading blog posts (there were web awards over the weekend).
I'm good, expecting to be travelling in the next couple of days (no tickets yet so it'll be last minute fun!) and away for the next couple of weeks. How are you?
Well with hasagoodheart, mcneillm and big fluffy poppa on the thread and you saying that Diane was assessing dates, I was joking that she was scoring/rating the lads/dates. Not having much luck with postings on here the last few days eh?
