I had the same thing happen to me also. A whole year had gone by and I receive his text saying that he is thinking of me and he sends his love. Come to find out the text was meant for another women. He hit my number by mistake.

I had this man in my area send me an email from this site. We started chating back and forth for awhile. We exchanged our personal emails and I even sent him a pic of myself. I started feeling a little comfortable and asked him if he would like to meet at a coffee shop so that we could chat in person over coffee and really get to know one another. He said NO, that I might be a serial killer. Then he sent me this email and said that he only scored 1 out of 10.

You are absolutely right, everyone does walk in the door knowing that it is an AT Will State. And I emphasis STATE meaning the whole state, all businesses, not just one business in that State.
True story
A single mother of three young children working at a casino in MS as a blackjack dealer making very good money. She has been with this same casino for 10 years and HAD loved her job. The casino was bought out by another company. They came in and cleaned house and fired all the executives, managers, supervisors and brought in their own. Pretty common, I would say. However, one of her new supervisors, female, does not like her because she found out that the blackjack dealer has been dating a man that she wants. Pretty common female stuff there also.
BUT, this supervisor has power over her. A drunk at her table that she was dealing at, lost one of his hands, stood up and threw a whole glass of bloody mary on this blackjack dealer and called her a f@@king bi_ch. Pretty common everyday casino drama. However, this particular supervisor that does not like her, laughed and comped the drunk to a free meal and would not let the blackjack dealer go clean herself up. She had red tomato juice dripping from her hair and down her clothes. She told her supervisor that she needed to go to the restroom to clean herself up and that she was not going to stand there and be humiliated like that and she left. She went to wardrobe and got an exchange of uniform and went to the restroom and cleaned up and then she returned to the casino floor. That evening the supervisor wrote her up for insubordination, then fired her when she arrived the next day for work and told her it was for misconduct.
Can she fight this? No, because she lives in an At Will state.
Can she draw her unemployment? No, because the supervisor documented her termination as misconduct.
Can she fight her unemployment in court? No, because she is just a single mother with 3 small children, going up against a multi billion dollar company and besides it was her choice to work in the state where she resides.
