I remember penny candy cost a penny, White Castle hambugers were a bakers dozen for $1, a saturday matinee at the movies cost.50 and you watched a 1/2 hour serial, 20 minutes of cartoons, previews and 2 full length movies, gas cost .25 a gal. you could but a new car for $1,000, a house for $10,000, bus rides cost .10....where the hell did we go wrong?
