Glucosomine and Chondroitin used together will work over time (about a year). I guy in my die design class takes all kinds of herbs and over the counter stuff and he swears by them. But he's been taking these things every day for the last 5 years.
Even though it hurts, keep moving it. You need to keep the muscles stretched and loose to allow blood flow to the cartilage.
No blood flow = dead tissue = cartilage loss = more pain.
There are some CS'rs who I'd love to have a real conversation with. Little things like body and facial expressions get lost in translation when talking online
I think it's decided on an individual basis. I've seen on TV where they state awarded this guy the wages he would have earned over the course of the 20 years he was in prison.
I know the brother of a friend of mine is still in the middle of getting deported even though the courts ordered his early release. Granted, the legal portion isn't over....I'm sure when it's all said and done, he'll get his justice.
