To tell you the truth HL,

I wasn't impressed with the liquid vitamins...

I like crushing the tablets, I feel I get more out of them that way than I did with the liquid...

I'm pretty family oriented so I wouldn't put him through that. His family should be more important

and I wouldn't want to visit his family and have the animosity.


On the flip side, my family (parents, siblings) know not to play those games and just accept the BF/GF.

It's easier to accept them and have a good time with the family.

I had thyroid cancer in 2002 and they removed the whole thing. So now, I am on synthroid permanently.

I take a lot of vitamins and supplements. My multi-vitamin an extra strength one from my health food

store. It has like %1000 of everything included chelated minerals. after that I take:

Green Tea - antioxidant benefits

Red Clover - antioxidant and detox benefits especially for heavy metals (I'm machinist)

calcium - of course

B- Complex - for energy and metabolism booster

omega 3 - for hair and skin (low thyroid can give you really dry hair and skin)

extra vitamin C - in the winter time

What your doctors won't tell you is the number of people who died of radiation overdose and chemo

overdose.

Those deaths are classified as: They died of ?????? cancer.

I may be mistaken but I believe, Jackie Kennedy Onassis was one of them. When I was in Bio 101, our

proffessor was telling us that her cancer was not advanced enough to kill her, and that the radiation

overdose was what killed her.

They love to say the birth control pills didn't work with them

Well, this is why:

When a woman is on birth control pills (any kind) and then she starts taking PRE-NATAL VITAMINS, it will

lessen the effectiveness or completely cancel out the birth control pill. My medical doctor told me this

because we were talking about the possibility of being preggers at the time and have an x-ray.

Does this excuse the guy? no way! if he didn't want kids he should've taken his own precautions.

My family is about as "interracial" as any family can get. I'm not pure anything myself. I have cousins

who are half asian, some are half white, some are half black and some are half "other".

It's a blast when we have family picnics at the beach, cuz some people find it odd that we are all really related...

Some guy I used to work with had to walk in even numbered steps....

He knew how many steps to the bathroom, lunchroom to his car etc......

The best part is the stair case had 13 stairs, so he would "fake" a step going up and coming down....

My siblings and I take turns taking care of my mother. She's pretty young (65) but she has all kinds of health problems, the biggest right now is osteo porosis. She can shower and get dressed by herself but thats about it.

I haven't had a prob online,

but a few years ago..... a woman cost me a promotion and a few pay raises. all at the same time having me over at her house for dinner. To me, at the time, when I first started, she was really friendly and was one of the first people to make friends with me.
I had more education and experience than she did and my guess she felt threatened.
I guess you can call it "alpha-female" syndrome. She had to be the only female in her work area.

I had to move to third shift and change areas. When I did, I got my promotion and my raises.
