It better be diferent this time! I was divorced, but because he beat me up all the time, Why do I want to have a relationship again, because I can love have lots to give! and I know that with the right person it can be the greatest thing in the world! We just need to find the one who is right for us.
You can know someone just so much thru type, You need to hear the voice, and you say more when you speak rather then type. so not so much is getting left out. I met someone on CS, we emailed and sent IM's and it was nice. But we exchanged numbers and now we talk on the phone at least twice a day sometimes more. and we talk for hours and more hours. And I really was never the kind who liked to stay on the phone for very long. and I look forward to it now. we would have never got to that point if we did not give each other our number. Another 2 months and he is comming to see me! three cheers for the wonderful invention called the phone!
To be honest I wake up fast! from sleep to to wide a wake thinking of a special someone! Guess I dream about him and then wake up so I can talk to him. This is a first for me so I am not sure why this is every morning.
I can make up a complete grocery list I get to the store to get all that I need and guess what? I left the damn list back at home on the table! So I guess I would have to say not so much the groceries I remember to go get them but remmebering to take the list should be one of the choices!
Hey Gilly.... I really don't know where I belong but as for the rest well yes I have had enough lessons from the past to choke a horse. Why should anybody spend the rest of there life with me? Because I have a lot of love in me to give to last 2 life times. And a lot of other reasons.
Yup I did! and he is comming to see me in Oct. and we have talked on the phone at least 3 times a day! not to bad when you figure I am in the US and he is in Scotland.
Scarry very scarry! and normal much to normal. there is no threads to run to when you are having a problem no posts giving you advice, No one wants to hear your opinion, and there are no cyber flowers no cyber candy or teddy bears. Nothing to say AWWWW about. It's cold and bleak out there!
Wait I did hear of this site where you can have group therapy talk over your problems. the place is full of people with shoulders and advice. I heard there more like family there. You laugh and cry maybe this lace could help us all! Oh wait never mind it was CS. Were screwed!
Most of us here are single but were not always that way, and we seem to have learned from mistakes maybe to well. Once you have been hurt and broken it's hard to get back into the saddle again, no matter how much we really want to, no one wants to hurt again so there pretty carefull . At least I am.
And as to do we really want it? I can't seak for all women just my self. I want to be thought of as equally smart talented maybe just at different things. Do I want a man to get out and fix my car yes, do I want a man to see if someone is in fact broke in yes. Do I want a man to squeeze a water mellon from his pinnis? I would pay good money to see that!
Equality? We are different in most ways. are we equal? In some ways we are and some we are not! There are a number of things that women have done for years, that men at one time would have never dreamed about doing. But today men are doing it and in some cases better then some women. There are things that has always only ever been a man to do it. And now women are doing it and in some cases better then some men. I live by myself so if it sounds like someone is down stairs I guess it will be me to check it out. Ask questions while your working on the car, If I hadn't asked I would not have known how to fix my car when it broke down in the middle of a snow storm on my way to work. I had no money for a garage and no one to call. Are we equal no!! A man can not squeeze a water mellon from his pinnis and a women can not pee her name in the snow.
I guess I just figured if they had there picture on here posing with a fish or a hunting seen or car it was there intrests what they like to do. and in most cases I think they are proud of what they accomplished. It's there intrests, just maybe they want to attract the women that does the same thing, would give them some coomin ground to begin talking to each other.
You seem to have everything figured in including your transpertation, Are you looking for someone to have a relationship with or a busness venture? How can anyone put a price on a first date? Lets say 50. dollars you plan to go to the movies that should allow you drink and popcorn. But wait you really hit it off you want to see her again, maybe you should take her for coffee or a late dinner after the movie? Nope your budget is spent move on to the next date. To tell you the truth putting a value or price on a date really makes a girl feel cheap! I can tell you that I have someone who is comming here to meet me for the first time and I can assure you he is spending a lot more then $20 just to get here. He is traveling from Scotland to the US. But after reading your post I apreciate that he feels somethings just can't have a price put to it. I will tell you this though if you stop budgeting your dates you might not have to have many more first dates, you might get to move on to a second or third date. who knows it might even go so far that you could save a bundle and she might even come to you.
It is my day off! and it seems like a long time since I had one! I am relaxing and being a good girl! And I am spending some time with good friends here on CS. what could be better?
Letting them know upfront you have kids, is a must! really if you think about it it shows that you own up to your obligation and that you are a man, (or women) that you have your priorities in order. Your kids are a part of you! as far as boring someone with them, you can tell them you have kids and say there great or to the likes of that, and you can draw a line as to how much to talk about them. you don't have to make them the only thing you talk about or pull out a thousand photos. But do let them know that with you comes kids! if there going to be a prospect for sending the rest of your life with them then they are going to want to know all about you including the extension of you that is running around in the back ground. If your having a one night stand, no need to bring kids into that!
