Well, yeah, I did, though it turned out to be more a liaison than a relationship.
He is an ex-pat working abroad.
We met online and after months of communicating via Skype, email, texts and phone, he arranged to fly back to NZ for a week spent together, before he returned to his job.
Whilst there was chemistry, the long distance proved fatal.
Months later he contacted me for a rendezvous as he was returning to NZ for a visit. I declined the meet-up as I realised then it was more about the physical, than anything else for him.
Long distance: exciting, an adventure(short-term) but both really need to be totally committed for it to work long term.
I know this post was done with good intentions Irish, but personally I don’t wish for anyone to return once they’ve broken the habit of CS.
They have obviously found their real lives to be the better option and really there is not much fun to be had here on this site anymore, unfortunately.
For the last 12 months I’ve taken my fitness seriously. Walking up to two hours and attending the gym on alternate days. I’ve lost over 15kg. I gave up smoking, was never a booze drinker and concentrated on my diet. High protein, low carb. Lots of veg and fruit included.
Keep yourself well hydrated(not the booze, but water) and you will get there.
