RE: Do you hope to find your soul mate?

He's probably somewhere in another dimension.smile

RE: OK. This is religiousness...

Exactly Sel! thumbs up

I was taught also a code of ethics, and this is what I've been trying to explain here.

Children..and animals..must have the owner's or parent's permission!

But, regardless, the receiver can still block it subconsciously as it is not for their greater good.

I was asked to send some reiki once to a horse who was in a bad way.
A few also joined in.
But a few hours later the horse died.

Maybe it was HIS time and the healing just helped him in his passing.

RE: OK. This is religiousness...

Exactly!

When sending healing to an animal or a kid/minor at distance, I need the owner's/parent's permission.

However, if it is not for their greater good, the healing didn't work as it was blocked.

RE: OK. This is religiousness...

Exactly!
In the case of animals, when I've been asked to send some healing, I needed the owner's permission

Same for kids and minors.

But..nevertheless, if it were not for the animal or child's greater good, somehow the healing couldn't take place as they blocked it!

RE: OK. This is religiousness...

They're probably praying for themselves...for their own benefit?dunno

RE: shamanism

Thanks..can I have some fruit juice please?

RE: shamanism

Strangely enough, we were discussing that topic on the blogs a couple of days ago.

I have seen some orbs 2 or 3 times in my life, when I was in danger, and they made me feel at peace.

They're supposed to be our spirit guides.

RE: OK. This is religiousness...

I don't know where that comes from but...
Nothing to do with Karma as Karma is only a belief.

However, praying or sending prayers, healing or whatever is certainly inappropriate if the person doesn't agree or doesn't even know as it might not be for THEIR greater good!

RE: shamanism

Wow..that's good that you can also communicate with dogs.

The last horse I worked with and was sponsoring often showed me things of his past traumas as he had been badly treated by his previous owner.

As for meditation, I usually do some self hypnosis in order to work on the subconscious. Very effective!

We define need to meet one day Selenite. So many things to share..and practise? wink hug

RE: shamanism

Thanks Sel. teddybear

I find that Many people tend to rely too much on outside influences.grin

We learned how to enter altered states of consciousness using the beat of a drum or marracas but...after a while...we also had to do it without it!

Anybody can enter alpha or theta waves if they set their mind to it, just by relaxing and breathing.
Usually, a couple of minutes that's all it takes after some practice.

Do you know Sel, that intuitive communication with animals is done with Alpha waves?

Just by doing Reiki on the horses, in Alpha waves, I could communicate with them...by means of pictures.
They showed me things that way.

One day a mare showed me that she had lost a foal once and she would love to have another one.
Later the owner confirmed this.sad flower

RE: shamanism

Absolutely right!! thumbs up

On occasions while doing workshops I noticed that one or 2 participants were not ready, not at the required level, and hadn't even prepared for it.
In which case I had to send them home and told them to come back when they were ready.

RE: shamanism

Many people do sweat lodges and also use peyote, san pedro and ayahuaska.

I did one Ayahuasca session once and was as sick as a dog! barf
But...I had many revelations and received messages.

That was enough though!

Then I learned that I didn't need anything to achieve the same results and be enlightened.

RE: shamanism

Well...what they shared with me were their healing techniques during many workshops, by doing the medicine wheel, a course on energy healing and transpersonal psychology over a period of 3 to 4 years.
Also how to enter altered states of consciousness...without the use of any substance..for healing purposes.

RE: shamanism

Obviously not! roll eyes

RE: shamanism

That's right Sel.
I was trained as a shaman and energy healing from master shamans of the Andes.

I can assure you Pedro that there is no religion involved.
Shamans revere the elements and the sun and mother earth.

The conquistadors converted all south Americans to Catholicism against their will.
But Some of them managed to escape and about 50 years ago revealed their well kept secrets of their medicine techniques to some chosen ones.
That's when some well known anthropologists started to go to the Andes to learn their techniques and bring them to Europe.
