That's tough to explain. I'd love to bowl her right over with a wonderfull letter (which I am capable of writing) but as claayer haas pointed out, unlikely to have the desired effect. That mindset works well at my work. If I remodeled your kitchen, you'd want to kiss ne full on the lips when I was done, but we're not talking building here, so I'm utterly lost.
