Patrick! My good friend! I know my interpretation disrupts yours!! Of course it does! And given that, it's understandable that your team uses the slander and insults to bolster your defense. They spat on Jesus while he carried the Cross too! But that did not harm Him.
? I wish you would just be happy. I don't "run" anywhere. And if I did,..I don't think I could run,. "that" way? I don't wish to be the villain . But I'm not going to let your , nor anyones, sophomoric slanders change my course. This is not about popularity. Its about what is right and wrong.
Peace in Israel is attainable.
And as I said to these forums, many many times.
The integrity of ANY Peace settlement, not only with the Palestine s but all nations in this arena, will dictate the "political climate" for years and years to come.
Cram some twisted, one sided agreement down the throat of one side or the other and it will be a waste of time. It will just fester like a dirty wound.
Wow(no, not you) Feel the LOVE! Mz. Amity. Lets begin with your "teams" interpretation of Peace. Should the Palestine s take Israel s offer to move out of East Jerusalem in to the fragmented West Bank and serve as a collective "Human Shield" for all attacks? And what about the rest of the settlement activity? Should the Israeli s retain ownership of these annexed lands? And the "rights of return" and "water rights" issues?
Mz Envy, You must be missing the true direction of this post.
Peace: A state of calm and quiet. esp public security under law
I don't post here to "yuk it up" as there is nothing funny about the two thousand Palestinian children slaughtered by the IDF in the last five years.
Nor am I hear to change YOUR OPINION .
It is the other members that read these pages that I am posting for. Yes, I do believe the Palestine s deserve a better shake than way Netanyahu is offering.
The United States is Israel s primary alliance. Yet, as shown, the Zionist lobby in the United States is preventing the will of the American people from being realized.
The majority of Americans don't back Netanyahu s "take it or leave it" attitude in the recent Peace negotiations.
THIS MATE , IS A HINDRANCE TO A JUST AND LASTING PEACE DEAL.
"After the F35 debacle in November, Andrew Sullivan suggested in the Huffington Post that it was time to end the aid “because a) Israel doesn't need it and b) we need the money and c) it doesn't seem sensible to me to keep rewarding an ally that refuses to offer minimal cooperation.”
“It's time for the U.S. to assert its own interests and goals,” Sullivan argued."

JERUSALEM, Israel — The role of the United States as the largest single donor to both Israel and the Palestinians was thrown into sharp relief last November when the Israeli government rejected 20 U.S. F35 Joint Strike Fighter jets worth $2.75 billion in return for extending a West Bank settlement freeze by 90 days.
The offer — some called it a “bribe” — of military material equal in value to nearly an entire year’s worth of U.S. aid to Israel, renewed questions about the purpose of U.S. aid in the region and whether it might be more effectively deployed to better serve American strategic interests.
Israel receives more U.S. foreign aid than any other country, now around $3 billion every year. It is used only for military purposes — Israel voluntarily gave up U.S. civil aid more than a decade ago. Seventy percent of the aid is earmarked for purchases from U.S companies.
ttom, Israel has hundreds of nuclear weapons. Does not adhere to the NNPT. And has an aggressive "stance" in the eyes of the international community. Let me try reading between the lines on this thingee.
Well Dear Heart, it seems that both are tied together weather or not people want to admit it or not.
The United States is under attack. How? Our "allies" are financing the campaigns of select politicians that are sympathetic to the well being of another country at the expense of the United States!!!!
I know, hard to believe! And I hear the phone ringing right now because Conrad wants to set me straight on a couple of things,..but,..I think I'll let the answering machine pick up on this one.
Peace
Forgive them Father for they know not what they do,..
