RE: if your a gamer come chat

I couldn't be bothered to finish GTA4 either but it was a good game. I played the demo for Bioshock and it seemed like a good game, I've also heard lots of good things about it but the only reason I never bought it is because I thought it was too scary uh oh

RE: Fortune Telling at Funfairs

The thing about finding out your future is that our futures aren't written in stone and we can chose to change our destiny's any way we see fit. Fortune tellers and card readers can only show us the path in front of us but we all have the free will to chose any path we want.

It's an odd paradox that by knowing our future we have already changed it.

It's Saturday night - what exciting things have you got planned??

Ok it is technically sunday morning now and the telly is even more rubbish. I'm just happy I have freeview cos I'm watching repeats of never mind the buzzcocks on Dave - I new I should have just forked out for sky TV confused

RE: just wondering if..

My mum is a card reader and so when I was young I attempted to do this too - unfortunatly I ended inviting all sorts of spirits into the house and so our house was quite haunted for a while - saw a couple myself lucky they were all friendly though a bit noisy

RE: Fortune Telling at Funfairs

I think card reading is quite safe but I would never dabble with ouija boards those things are scary.

RE: have you ever been likened to anyone on tv?

well thanks for that I guess uh oh

but your right it was a good show

At least your watching something you haven't seen before I'm sitting watching Friends repeats now - Ireally wish I picked up a dvd on the way home

RE: have you ever been likened to anyone on tv?

I've been told I look like olive from on the buses and since I got my hair cut I look even more like her now uh oh

It's Saturday night - what exciting things have you got planned??

well I've seen the core before, it's not great but watchabe if there is nothing else on

RE: Fortune Telling at Funfairs

My mum is a card reader and she never advertises, all her clients come from word of mouth and she's booked up for months.

As far as fun fair fortune tellers go I tried one once but it was alot of money for nothing. all she did was dance around me with some smoking sage and a feather and then told me things I already knew. no startling revelations either - she was very vague.

My advice would be don't bother with the funfair ask around for someone who comes recommended.

Hi Folks I just thought I would ask what everyone has planned for tonight?

I'm just sitting watching xfactor with a bottle of wine - I know that probably sounds a little sad but thats my saturday night wine

RE: Who was your first love?

Mine was with a guy in Canada. I was over there on a 1 year working holiday visa and when my Visa ran out I had to come home. we decided the best thing would be to break up as a relationship with that distance could never work. It took a long time for me to get over him.

RE: Are you colour blind when it comes to different races?......What do you think about a mixed couple?

I've dated guys of all races and none of those relationships worked out but the reason they didn't work had nothing to do with the colour of their skin or other peoples perceptions but cultural and religious differences.

I think recent generations have no problem with mixed relationships and it is no-where near as big a deal now as it used to be.

In regards to the future of the human race, Genes for darker traits tend to be dominant so I'm quite sure in a few hundred years there will be very few white people. I think this isn't a bad thing though genetic diversity is what keeps us advancing as a species.

RE: Are you a chocoholic? How much do you eat a week?

I have no idea how much I eat a week - probably quite alot and I've just scoffed a bag of maltesers :)

RE: if your a gamer come chat

I've got an Xbox360 and I just love it - I enjoy playing online but my favourite games are RPGs like oblivion and unfortunatly it's very hard to find a good rpg that works online.

RE: Unlikely heart throbs-: Who is yours?

Mine is Columbo - I love his brain ooo or Stephen fry

RE: newbie on here

I'm new here too - only been on here a few days now and I just wanted to ask if any other women on here have been swamped by flowers and emails by young black men obviously looking for a quick marriage so they can stay in the country. I know this may be a cynical view but anyone who declares love in the first email obviously isn't genuine.

RE: whats wrong with this country ? tell the truth now !

I think it's the way the government award people who do nothing - I'm sick of working full time and paying taxes and others can sit at home having lots of babies they can't afford and the government just keeps giving them money and houses.

RE: when your looking for a long term relationship, do you go by first appearance and looks?

I know people don't like to admit it but physical attraction has alot to do with it. In saying that though peoples views of attractive can vary alot.

Marriage - your views

I've never been been married but I did read somewhere that alot of marriages fail because men get married thinking things will stay the same and women get married thinking it will change. this makes sense to me but I was wondering what others thought.

RE: can u fall in love with someone u have never met

I think it's possible to get all the feelings of love for someone you've never met but only because I think people fill in the gaps with fantasy. it's only by meeting and spending time with someone that you can really be sure if it's love or not
