Oh just remember...this actually happened this week:

Went to get food shopping after work, I got to the cashier and there were 2 bills to be done before me. First in line there were 2 students (some Arab nationality) who filled their trolley with chocolate, yes all kinds of chocolate! The bill came up to Lm21. This young man put his hand in his pocket and managed to get out 3 notes x Lm2 and a lot of small change. There was no chance he would make up Lm21 with what he had. So he turned to his friend and asked him for some money. I am still there waiting and TRYING to keep calm. His friend got out a bunch of coins...still not enough. The cashier couldn't start another bill before she clears that one.

She had to call the floor manager and had to deduct again lots of chocolate bars to reduce the bill to Lm11 which was what they had together!

That really irritated me, and I couldn't just wait there and say nothing!! He seemed to have nothing better to do than to waste everybody's time

Getting in the car in 30 mins, after it's been parked in the sun all morning, its about 45 degrees in there, and spend an hour stuck in traffic to get my daughter back from her summer school and take her to mum's

Lack of manners: People making noises while chewing food, talking with a mouth full and spitting bits out while doing so

People who have the habit of touching me while talking to me, you know what I mean? Like they hit your shoulder every 5 seconds

I also have about 10 days for Christmas, but things come up during the year and to get "time off" then (get paid anyway) I would have to basically beg which I don't like one bit! Usually I get my way anyway, but you shouldn't have to explain your personal life, you should just book leave in advance and take it!!

For hotels it's the busiest time of the year so it's quite understandable that they stop leave, not that I would like it of course!

I will make the most of my princess yes, I'm taking her with me for a week cruise around the mediterranean, she's soooo excited!!

Re my tan: Damn it... I have to start again as my back peeled off YUK!!

Yes 4 weeks off because our factories in Italy close down for shutdown. Its nice to have 4 weeks in a row, but bear in mind that I have no optional days throughout the year, and getting back in routine after such a long time is hard!

Will try my best to wind down, I really need it.

Yeah I seem to be ok now thank you. Im telling you, Im totally drained having to drive so much in this heat....I feel like crying when returning to the office in the afternoon This weather is good when you're on holiday, enjoying a drink by the pool / beach not to carry on the busy schedule...thats an impossible task! But this struggle will end by this Friday thank GOD!! Then I can relax and enjoy it for 4 weeks

No I don't need that...if you think about it, for a man to change my bulb I would have to cook, clean and pick up after him...not worth it is it??!! I do it myself thank you very much!!

Its 38 degrees here today (in the shade)....can you imagine from ac 24 degrees jumping in the car without ac and driving for an hour stuck in traffic in what its supposed to be a lunch hour? Enough to make a little lamb go

Hi Dave,

I meant staying out of it completely, not organising, not turning up, just observing what happens....no enthusiasm here whatsoever, its not just your impression, its mine too!! Now think about it, I kept that thread alive and many people were responding, and in the end only few of us turned up, what do you think will happen now? Hope you prove me wrong!!
