I live here in the sunny med, I encounter many beautiful girls and woman on a regular basis, from all over the globe not just local females,

I naturally (now) give them a wee pucker to each cheek in quick succession, Normally left to right, getting it right is an art form or you just do the air cheek thing, I hate that one, fortunately I rarely experience that one much, and the friendlily you are the more intimate it gets, so after a while you can get to know who really likes you and who is just saying "Hola".

Some time ago, I was really down I was drinking more than normal not eating and working late, a friend came past my work and I went for a few beers, i eventually want to go home I stagger to find the car all the time the booze and sleep kicking in,

I was speeding on a national dual carriage way took a bend to fast and span out the car ending in a ditch to the left of the carriage way , looking to the left I could see the tarmac of the road . I could not open the door and half hearty I try'd to drive it out but wheels just spinning.

The frame of mind i was in was just get to get arrested , i gave up pulled my jacket over my head and wrists over the steering wheel as if to say arrest me, I went to sleep.

Shortly traffic cops came banging at the car they couldn't get near as I was really squeezed in, they shouted they are calling a crane to get me out,

I went back to sleep just waiting to get rescued then arrested all my thoughts are of losing job. family, car , licence, fine NIGHTMARE.

I remember all the emergency vehicles arriving and creating a huge fuss, I just went back to sleep,.................

................................fast forward next recollection is shaking some ones hand, hugging them and trying to give them my wallet then BLANK.....................


I wake up really rough on my couch, trying to recall wtf has went on?

I got the above then went to check the car in my parking, if it was there and unscratched it was all just a vivid dream ( I was hoping0 My car was there and really smashed up,,,,

I only knew the above until about eight months later in a traffic jam to the left a young guy with his girlfriend got my attention he rolled down the window to say Hello, then precede to fill in the blanks of that night ...........

It turned out he worked for me for a week some years before, just for a short time to get himself sorted . i gave him a job!

That night he was the crane driver and the a relation of one of the traffic cops, he convinced him to convince the rest that i was family and had just had some very bad news, they let him recover me and the vehicle back to my town, he managed to get my flat and took me home parked car opened door and left me on the couch.

God sent him that night . I would have lost so much.

True story !!
