May be guys should remember that women have to seat down to pee and may be guys should remember "clean up" when they´ve finished splashing everywhere. I know guys who do, as a matter of respect to whoever is using the facilities next.
If I use a guy´s bathroom I leave the seat in the same position I found it when I walked in
