Had to go into town today but my knee was so painful I couldn't shop properly. GRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Ended up buying naughty things like smoked salmon,hot cross buns and crunchie bars, so I will eat myself pain free.

Need some stents putting in your arteries because they are blocked.

Watch someone with C.O.P.D's struggling for breathe.

Waiting for the cancer spread to other organs.

I've lost 4 loved ones from Lung Cancer,all of whom smoked.

Your life ,your habit. Best wishes from an ex smoker.
