I am anti-gun except for the military,the police force and farmers who need them for vermin and to protect their animals.
I am glad I live in a country where a very small minority feel it is their right to go and shoot things and to own guns. I darn well hope it stays that way!
Why anyone needs a gun that can shoot dozens of rounds in quick succession is completely beyond me!
I see this as quite simple. he is not man enough to make a decision and it seems that decision would be to have his cake and eat it too. If you allow this behaviour and participate in it....he will never change. You have given him what he wants and therefore you will miss all the holidays with him, birthdays, special occassions...FOREVER.
Cut loose and find a man who is loyal just to you and you to him.
I love the idea of a lovely meal someplace special...however, with a treasure hunt involved.
Leave a note in her car or somewhere she will find it...a love message followed by a clue. Each clue will take her to a place significant to the both of you where she will read a love letter of your memories shared in that place or a photograph with a poem or CD with a love song to listen to and a clue to the next destination.
When she gets to the final destination....maybe where you met or had your first date, meet her with a bunch of her favourite flowers, her favourite meal and 'your' song. Her final clue would be to look in the bunch of roses...where there will be a ring box hidden or a ring tied on with ribbon. Or, if you prefer...then you can remove it from the roses yourself and propose.
I am sure the treasure hunt, journey of love would definitely be something I would never forget.

Oh...in the meantime there are things you must stop doing if you are indeed doing them. Don't pine after him, don't dwell on the past. Don't stay inside and mope. (I know...easier said than done)
Stay in touch with friends and do fun things together, listen to music that lifts you up, be around people that make yoou laugh. If you have hobbies, keep doing them.
Get out and about with people that make you happy and enjoy yourself. Your new man may just see a smiling beautiful lady and ask you out!
I am sorry yoou are miserable. If prayer helps you to feel better...then good for you! If you expect it to fix a relationship...I personally do not believe that will ever happen.
A relationship consists of two people who are drawn to each other for whatever reason. If the attraction and closeness has gone for either one of you, you can't MAKE some-one love you.
If it IS over, accept it, wish him well and move on. After all, whilst you are pining after a possible 'lost cause' you may miss the man of your dreams.
Is that not true for every generation? We all inherit the world our parents left behind...the good and the not-so-good. It is up to each generation to make their mark. Then THEIR children will do the same.
Don't get me wrong. If people are guilty, they deserve all the punishment handed out for this crime. HOWEVER....guilt or innocense has yet to be established and it WAS in November and they DID release him.
hang on folks. Surely until we have ALL the facts and a trial (if it gets to that) we cannot possibly judge? This man, as far as I am concerned, is innocent until proven guilty as i think all of us would like to be!
