It was possible because he had a house and sold it for little (when the prices were down) , and claims he invested the $$ into her house... via a garden with fancy large moss rocks, and built a pergola lean to thing.. and there you have it...
When they broke up, ( when the price was high) he got half of hers, but he had plenty dollars in his own account, which she did not know about... so there you have it... she lost, he won...
and it was very ugly...
and he married someone else, and managed to get a super beaut house ...
I don't know how his circumstances have panned out.. but I know hers went poorly for her..
I was listening to the radio about this topic, and they interviewed a gent who had been flying long hauls...
(this interview occurred prior to the theory of the pilate donit story which is in the now..)
and this chappy was saying that mostly these days, because of automation, the pilots are losing their skills of actually knowing how to fly a plane manually... so some companies are doing like a bit of retrain and spruce up training...
in effect , the chap was saying, that because auto has taken over, if something goes amiss, then the skills required to fix and fly manual are being lost..
interesting ??? in the light of the theories that some member wrote up above and back thru the pages...
because it is really hard to believe that someone would choose a party of strangers to take with them to their death
and there you are, the tranquil rock pool is over for the next 6 hrs.. ---- IMAGE REMOVED because photobucket.com no longer allows embedded images ----
Really, I would not have thought it... I don't have natural ability to do wrong, I would not even know how to begin, and wouldn't anyway, as then I would only be hurting myself, in worrying about it...
