belief comes form an idea which can turn into fact. Spirituality works like religion by faith which cannot turn into anything more then more fantasy.

Religion is falling apart world wide today because religious people are not getting any smarter. I can name at least 5 Christian churches that have closed because of poor attendance and no funding. There certainly will be a conscious or religious shift soon without doubt, as we are so close atomically breaking down life to its simplicity.
