it never use to be like that! I remember growing up in Sydney in the 70’s Always for 4 weeks around xmas you would get temperature around 44 during the day a 40 at night without a break. those were the days!

Now Sydney & Melbourne is a different story, They can go from say 16c one day to 44 c the next.

I think it’s a very basic principal. A spoken word slows down the processing speed of you brain enough for you to hear for yourself, what it is actually troubling you and the other of course is taking a load of your chest.
