Neither get my vote and never will. My life is not ruled by politics and never will be. Though I do object to alot. I campaigned for the release of Nelson Mandela when I was in my early teens. Outside the south african embassy in Trafalgar Square London, political yes but definately worth while because the end result was positive.
There is very little difference between the left and right politicians in the UK these days. Difficult to distinguish what either party really stand for. Back in the 80's there was a definate line between the two. Labour and Conservative policies are that close in many ways it is all about who can score the most votes. Just appeasing the people nowadays.
Crime, is high in certain areas, but they do not have them everywhere, in the cities more so than anywhere else. Also you will not find trash cans at tube or train statons for obvious reasons.
My belief is everyone person in this world should have available free healthcare and education to a high standard. These are two basic necessities in life that make a difference apart from food and water.
Just that when wars are raging in certain countries this is not possible, but I live in hope this one day will happen.
Families need to be educated on the importance of staying fit an healthy, the perhaps this could prevent many illnesses and injuries, but sadly not if it is hereditary. Canada sounds pretty bad when it comes to healthcare from what you say. Same here stay fit, eat healthy, though I know alot of people in this world do not have that choice and that is what saddens me.
Major problems with immigration, especially from eastern europe, africa and asia. Rich people can pay for the best health care around. Now take a high paid footballer for instance, he ends up with a bad back, slipped disc, that person will be up and running in a matter of weeks if not a few months or less. If it was you or me, forget it. Money talks.
In search of a better life. Same in the UK, and it is crippling our National Health Service which is now on its knees. Does not matter where you are from if you are sick in the UK you will get treated no matter what. But alot of people just come here because of that, which in my book is wrong, many other people who have the right to be in the UK are now suffering because of this.
Cheap that is expensive compared to the UK Bay, depending on exchange rate and what care plan you receive. I dread to think what kind of Insurance you sell
He seems to be stepping on everyone's toes at the moment. He has gone in clean and is going to come out greasy I think. Like the picture, mad head of hair you got there.
In the UK a nurse told me once that if you are over a certain age and not contributing by paying tax and national insurance, this can have an affect also. ie you are get put to the bottom of the pile the older you get.
Quite alot of the homeless people in the UK suffer mental disabilities and often end up on the streets rather than being treated. In iraq you see alot of homeless people, children too, whom carve out a life for themselves somehow, building shanty houses out of whatever material they can find.
RE: National health care dead!
Very good Alex, what happened to those crazy pictures of yours?
