RE: Multi-polar powers, and conflicts around the world.Which country is likely to cause world war 3

I'd say Germany will..... they want to go for the hat-trick devil

RE: dating sites

join the club :-)
If you find them, let me know

RE: craziest thing you did for love!

helped her elope.... and stood up against her father.... who was holding a gun at the time....doh

RE: are men put off by women who smoke

Personally, I'd say no... I've been with a woman that smokes, and it was a major isuue. The smoke and smell actually irritates me, some days, so much that even breath mints aren't enough to remove the scent from her mouth (yes, I have a very keep sense of smell), and that's just a big turn-off.

RE: Next move with a man

and: added to that: live up to your own quote on your profile: "Would much rather regret doing something than not doing it."

RE: Next move with a man

If you're interested in him, go for it... take the chance, you won't look foolish. Even if he's not interested, he'll probably be flattered anyhow, and it will be just a coffee

RE: how many languages can you read and write?

Isn't that strange. They are both Germanic languages, and closely related. Some dialects in Belgium have German sounds in it.

RE: how many languages can you read and write?

Not wanting to be a stick in the mud here, but there are differences between Dutch and Flemish, just like there is a dfference between Walloon and French, and American English and British English.

It doesn't mean we can't make sense of the meaning, but the differnces are there....

for instance:
Bonnet - hood (for English)
Septante - soixante dix (for Walloon - French)
schotelvod - vaatdoekje (for Flemish - Dutch)

As for an answer to the original question:
Dutch/Flemish innocent
French
English
German (kind of)

RE: Would you tell your best friend?

I go the movies all the time with woman who aren't my partner (and who are in a relationship), doesn't mean a thing.

If you suspect foul play, ask her about it first, give her the chance to deal with it without any interference from you. Suppose she is cheating, her knowing that you know will make her think about comming clean. If she isn't cheating, you'll look the fool for mistaking a friendship for a fling, and you'll cause unneeded troubles by telling him without knowing for sure.

RE: Interesting psychological test

Tamed the students, got several months of vacation a year as a benefit, and the pointless meetings and senseless demands are made in any field, and I used to do a job with about 14 hours overtime a week, so I can manage in education pretty well cool

As for the dancer, it's probably the same as with the optical illusions (two pictures in one), whatever you happen to see first, your mind fixates on as 'the correct state'... or something like that...confused

RE: Interesting psychological test

Ok, so, turnning counter-clockwise would mean analytical and numbers, and clockwise would mean intuitive and abstract...

For the love of god, I could only make it turn counter-clockwise by sliding the image-controller backward roll eyes

Does it mean that maybe I've made the wrong career choice as a Maths and Computer sciences teacher ? doh

RE: A long distance relationship vs. a local one? Whats your oppinion?

there isn't really a choice in the matter.... Of course, a "local" relationship is much easier to maintain compared to a LDR, but if something happens like in my case.... going on vacation 2000 km from home, and meeting somebody there that swipes you off your feet.... not much other choice then going after the LDR then.....

RE: You like cats or dogs?

love all animals, but cats do take the top spot......

RE: What do u do in ur free time?

there's such a thing as "free time" wow

where can I get some ?

RE: Guys, do you call ur girlfriends?

you're welcome, best of luck with it :-)

RE: Guys, do you call ur girlfriends?

Personally, I'd ask face to face... since it seems to be an important issue to you, face to face is the best way to go, that way, you can read his bodylanguage when he responds. and at that point, it would be up to you to decide what the next step ought to be.

RE: Do you have a Tattoo?

Got one, which is in a discreet place.... I view it as the only piece of jewelry I wear, and it has meaning to me as well

RE: Do you honestly doubt the Bible?

luckily, as one of the 'ignorant' people that does use his brain, I find this attempt at ramming down your faith through other peoples' throath amusing.

But before you start asking me if I ever read any book: yes, I have read the Bible (both old and new testament), the Koran, examined Buddha's teachings and looked at Hinduism, the old Celtic and Viking beliefs as well as Roman and Greek mythology.... I didn't find any reason to believe in a god of any kind in any of those religions.

If you're happy believing there is a god, be my guest but don't try to 'save' us from our beliefs, it's really quite rediculous.

RE: Songs for your mood right now!! Part One again :-)

No offense to the ladies, just like the song sad flower

RE: Be honest - would you see this women again?

see her again... everybody deserves a second shot

If it turns out bad again, you can't kick yourself later on wondering if it was a fluke or not.
From what you describe, you seem to like her, otherwise your decision would have been made by now.

RE: Dogs or Cats?

I've had both cats and dogs.... no way you'll convince me dogs have more attitude ;-)

RE: Dogs or Cats?
