Well the thing is that per capita you have as many if not more than your southern neighbours, However what i love about Canadians is that, for the better part, you just couldn't be bothered using them for anything other than hunting. Have some great Canadian friends... what a great outlook they have on life and all it has to offer... not a generalisation

However as i posted earlier if you use the time line idea that 3/5 thousand years ago it was jewish, the you must support returning all the lands of the USA to the American indians, the same for Australia and many other lands......

Why is it that the country of Israel is allowed to continue to breach UN resolutions with impunity? I'm not against Jewish people, have many jewish friend in ireland and believe that they have a right to a country and to security and peace. However that a race/nation of people who have been persecuted and murdered in their masses, can then in turn oppress another group/ nationality of people amazes or confuses me.

If you agree that these land are historically JEWISH lands because of historical teachings, then would you not support the repatriation of ALL usa soil to the Americian Indians, ALL aurtrailian lands to the aboriginal people etc etc etc.
Israel is in direct breach of at least 35 UN sanctions, amazing that Iraq who were in breach of 4/5 of these sanctions were invaded.
It seems like in Ireland that the vast majority of the peoples of both lands want PEACE, however as always the politicians do what the want.
You did right, a good friend will always speak their mind, regardless of the consequences. Normally the other friend will appreciate the advice..... but not always at the time the advice is given
